PUBLIC HEARINGS ANYONE WISHING TO SPEAK ON AN OPEN PUBLIC HEARING IS REQUESTED TO COMPLETE A GREEN SPEAKER SLIP THAT IS PROVIDED AT THE ENTRANCE TO THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS. COUNCIL ADJOURNMENT Regular Meeting of Wednesday, November 13, 2019 has been cancelled per Council action on September 25, 2019. Special Meeting will be held instead on Wednesday, November 6, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers.
